Comfortable and Clean Rooms

We had a great visit to the Kachina Lodge after a very challenging hike. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well appointed and very clean. Despite it being a bit dated, it was quiet and the perfect place to rest after our Rim2Rim hike. The bathroom had great amenities, and we appreciated the good condition of bedding and towels.

Delicious Restaurant Choices

The French fries at Fred Harvey's Restaurant were absolutely delicious! We enjoyed every meal we had there and appreciated the convenience of dining right within the lodge. It made our stay even more enjoyable without needing to venture far for good food.

Great Hiking Access

Kachina Lodge is right next to the Bright Angel trailhead, making it the ideal base for those who love outdoor activities. After a lovely night's rest, we were able to easily transition to our hikes without the hassle of a long drive. This convenience allowed us to maximize our time enjoying the park.

Nice Shower Amenities

The bathroom featured good shower amenities with a pump dispenser for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, which I found to be very convenient. Though the space was cozy, it felt well taken care of and added a nice touch to our overall experience at the lodge.
